1. Professionalism, Communication and Health Promotion
2. Clinical Treatment and Evaluation
To achieve a pass, the criteria are as follows:
All domains are weighted equally, and the student must achieve a pass in each domain, and an overall pass.
- A pass in each domain will involve a student receiving 3 or fewer "expectations not met" (ENM) mark in Domain 1, and no more than 3 "expectation not met" (ENM) in Domains 2.
- An overall pass for the report will involve a student receiving 6 or fewer "expectations not met" (ENM) mark across the 2 domains.
Please note:
- Written feedback will be provided for any areas to improve as this is formative. Students must reflect on feedback and demonstrate improvement in the latter half of the semester.
- Logbooks may be randomly audited by the Course Coordinator for authenticity and supervisor signatures.
- Any significant clinical concerns related to safety will be escalated immediately via course coordinator pathways and documented and taken into consideration for the assessment outcomes.
There is no resubmission or resit available for this component. This is a formative assessment to enable the student to receive feedback on their developing clinical competency.

Submission: Online submission via Blackboard
The IPCP module is a Pass/Fail assessment task. Students who pass the module will receive a course grade based on the remaining assessment in the course.
- For students who engage with the module, participate in the group work and submit a genuine attempt but do not achieve a pass grade for their submitted work, there will be given a second opportunity to pass the module by completing a reflective essay. If this task is successfully completed, a grade will be awarded based on the remaining assessment in the course.
- Students who do not engage with the module, fail to participate in the group work, or do not submit a genuine attempt, will be given an opportunity to complete a 5,000 word assignment on teamwork. Successful completion of this assignment will enable students to then pass the course with a maximum grade of 4 (if the remaining assessment in the course would result in a grade higher than 4, a maximum grade of 4 will be awarded).
- Students who fail the module who do not complete either the reflective essay or the teamwork assignment will be awarded a maximum grade of 3 (if the remaining assessment in the course would result in a grade higher than 3, a maximum grade of 3 will be awarded).
